was established in May of
2002 as an alternative to the high priced online
Southwestern Chili/Chile stores most people were forced to patronize in order to enjoy fine New Mexico
Chile/Chili. We are now proud to say that, "We have since taken our love
of GREAT Chili/Chile and good service to a new level."

Our Commitment
We are committed to providing you, our valued customers, with the best
possible customer service. In most cases (not all) we will strive to
provide a quick turnaround. On most typical orders, we endeavor to
fill and
ship within 72 hours of receiving it (obviously not every order falls
into this category, for example, FRESH chile and Roasted Chile will take
it's natural time, etc.). If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your order, typically you may return it for a full refund, or
replacement except for seasonal, frozen products, or fresh chile when no one is home to accept initial
delivery of an order.
